Blue tooth in my car works fine for incoming calls, however, outgoing calls are a problem. I cannot hear the party I'm calling and they cannot hear me unless I open my Razr & then close it. Any ideas of how to fix? Blue tooth module recently replaced by dealer but this has not cured the problem. Thanks

Maybe the kit has a warranty then you can claim it. but if none, then you have to self tech the unit by disassembling it cause some part in it got busted or grounded. avoiding risk then maybe bring it to the repairman near you location.
the internet connection's outgoing is too slow. ALl internet connections have an outgoing and an incoming speed. Make sure you are not uploading anything to the internet or get a faster internet service provider
I have the reverse problem. Callers can hardly hear me.
I saw a setting in the headunit that allows you to specify where the audio plays for incoming calls. You can choose the Left Front Speaker, the Right Front Speaker or Both. Check the manual and make sure its set to both.
