Fan is not moving, front panel led is red

If your computer will nor start and the system fans do not turn on and stay on when you power on your PC, then either the power supply has failed, a component connected to your motherboard has failed or the motherboard itself is defective .
Power supplies require a "power good" signal back from the motherboard before they will operate.. In order to test a power supply, you need a PC power supply tester. Without one, you will either have to take you power supply to a PC technician and have him test it or install a known good power supply in your computer.

Am trying to covert an ML370 server I got yesterday to a rack mountable but finding it difficult to take off the cover.

Use the key to open the front door of the server. Lift the door and remove it. locate the screws that hold the cover remove the screw and remove the cover.

Note that you need to have MS370 rack Kit to be able to successfully do the conversion.
