How do I transfer contacts from palm zire 72 to google contacts

I now have a Samsung Galaxy SII phone and Galaxy Tab2 tablet and use gmail with Google contacts and Google calendar. I've already transferred my calendar from Palm to Google, but would also like to transfer all my contacts from my Palm to my phone/tablet/gmail. Any suggestions?
