My Iriver h320 which has been a workhorse for 3+ years has suddenly stopped playing thru the headphone & output jacks, this occured when playing but low on battery power started beeping so I plugged in charger while still on etc... had done that manymany times b4 suddenly dead jacks. It will still play files on WMP when hooked to a computer. So far I have tried to a put default settings back,reformat harddrive and reset unit.

and just to be on safe side those rare, hard to find songs/photos you have ..back it up to pc or flash drive....
your iriver / laptop/ pc or ipod never through this things away...if you have to always remember to take the hard drive out even if its blank...take it out
you can change battery and/or upgrade hard drive (if changing hard drive, save the software to pc then copy to new hard drive)

well since you copied your files..........now copy the iriver software (hidden too) and paste to a temp file (folder) on pc...fortmat the 320 now place the software back onto it from the temp file........and put 2 or 3 songs unto it also (to make sure it was done correct)..press play if all is well...include all your files back on to it.......a little bit late but feel free to rate the help
