Assuming the paddles are attached with nuts/bolts I would suggest using Locktite. If that is not an option, lock washers. If the paddles do not attach using nuts/bolts, invest in some high end epoxy.
Are you sure you have got the correct paddle, as there is more than one version, and also there is a right and wrong way to fit them.
Make sure you push it hard into the locating slots, you should feel it click into place, to be sure it is located properly, lightly pull it, and it should remain in position.
Hope this helps.

I had this problem, and I was advised by the guy who has apparently 'replaced hundreds of these bloody things on this housing estate' to never buy this machine because 'its cheap and ****'
However, if you bend the long central tab ,the one that looks like it does bugger all, upwards into the drum (carefully though, only bend it a little) this will increase the tab tension, and your lifters should last for over six months instead of the previous couple of washes mine was doing. As for the comment on washing trainers, I put a single towel in my machine and the lifters broke...
Purchased ASKO Washer WL6511XXLP and Gas Dryer with pedestals, 12/01/09. It threw a drum paddle during 2nd. wash cycle. Damaged several articles of clothing. ASKO replaced the paddle 2/19/09 after a lot of phone calls (lip service from the ASKO 800 #). They claimed the part had to come from Sweden (reason for delay).
Washer threw another drum paddle during 4th. wash cycle. Damaged several more articles of clothing. We have made no claim for the damaged clothing, the retailer has been cooperative.
ASKO has promised to replace the washer after the retailer we purchased the washer from, stronglyencouraged them to do so. We are still without a washer (03/23/09). My wife and I are retired, I am 76. Point being; we do not abuse washing machines and we don't like going to a launder-mat.
I know this is not the venue to address this problem, but am at my wits end.

There is more than one version of drum paddles, assuming you have got the right one, then locate the paddle in the slots in the drum, and push firmly into place, you should feel it click in to place, to check, pull the paddle lightly back towards you, it should remain fixed in place.
Also make sure you have got it the right way round.
