Help! I lost my USB Cord in the process of moving. I have several other cords that fit , but they don't respond with this 2G Ilo player. Where can I order the proper cord? BTW, Wal-mart was no help- and I work ther.
Thanks
Thanks for trying, but I called Siren, the manufacturer, in Texas, and the representative said it sounds like the product is "defective". Re:
The cord you are looking for is a regular "Mini USB" cord and can be purchased at compusa.

They usually use pretty standard audio cords, you can probably just get a replacement at your local Radio Shack. The only one I would be worried about is if you lost the power cord....if that's the case you need to be sure if you buy a different one that the voltage is the same as required.
Your local Radio Shack store sells all types of replacement appliance cord sets. Since you lost your cord and didn't just damage it, ideally bring the radio (or a photo of the power jack on it if unable) to the store so it can be matched. There are several different types - and some look very similar - but won't fit properly.
It is a standard printer/pc cord. Kinda looks like a D shape with the 3 terminals in it. Trust me here if you have one of these cords and it fits into the HP's power port then it is fine.
Power cords and USB data cords are typically universal. You should be able to purchase these at Walmart, Target or any electronics store (Best Buy, Fry's, etc.) or order online.
