Lately when I've been using the WEP200 with my Samsung a920 (sprint), the people on the other end can't hear me. Sometimes I can hear them, other times I cannot. The call is not dropped or anything like that, I usually hit the transfer call or audio option to transfer the call to the headset to continue the call. It was working just fine for a really long time, then this just started happening very recently. I've tried repairing and resetting everything, just can't figure it out. Thank you!
Can hear great on the WEP200, but others cannot hear me at all...very recent development. Has always been flawless until now. I have a BB Pearl 8100 and have been using this BT headset for months with absolutely no problems. Then one day people just can't hear me anymore. I hear them perfectly, but they can't hear me. Anyone knows how to resolve this issue. I would hate to have to dump this headset

WEll I'm not sure how I got it fixed! I had to bring it to the sprint store and they paired it for me! Not sure how cause I tried like 20 or more times to pair it and it wouldn't work! BUt sprint knows how to do everything lol
I have the same problem. I bought it from amazon.com a few months ago and had to send the first one back because of the same issue. However, this one did not present the problem until it was past the return window for amazon.com. :-(
did you just purchase the unit? if so it may be defective. As far as i can tell this headset should work with the handset you specified and i cant find anything saying there is something special you need to do. Most i can say if you can return it or get it replaced its probably your best bet. Sorry I am unable to provide you with a more positive easier solution. But I hope this puts you on the right track. Thank you, Nathan
This is what I did. With deviced OFF. Do the following while in your EAR. Press and Hold the button like if you are going to turn it on. You will hear a "Beep"...Keep pressing (do not depress when you hear the '"beep")...after for about 5 more seconds or 7 you will hear a second "beep". Look at your Headset....and I noticed the light was a solid blue. I got curious and told my phone to look for devices...and in a matter of 2 seconds..Bam I saw the name...Even though it didn't read as Wep200. It says "Samsung H200", but I don't have anything samsung at home, so i picked that name and it works.
Note: I did all that in the bathroom, out of any interference. Maybe im superstitious. Hope it helps.
