Lately when I've been using the WEP200 with my Samsung a920 (sprint), the people on the other end can't hear me. Sometimes I can hear them, other times I cannot. The call is not dropped or anything like that, I usually hit the transfer call or audio option to transfer the call to the headset to continue the call. It was working just fine for a really long time, then this just started happening very recently. I've tried repairing and resetting everything, just can't figure it out. Thank you!

Can hear great on the WEP200, but others cannot hear me at all...very recent development. Has always been flawless until now. Used it this am and my second caller could not hear me....no others either

I have a BB Pearl 8100 and have been using this BT headset for months with absolutely no problems. Then one day people just can't hear me anymore. I hear them perfectly, but they can't hear me. Anyone knows how to resolve this issue. I would hate to have to dump this headset
