Question about Hotpoint Aquarius WD63 Front Load Washer/Dryer
Washing machine programmes appear to be out of sync suddenly.. I have cleaned the filter and it was pretty choked up.. I wonder if that might have affected the programmes in some way.. water seems not to be coming through with the same force as usual either on certain programmes..
Kink in the filler hose Water level sensor blocked[as you cleaned the filter, did you do this one?]

Water level sensor is at the highest point in the machine and looks like a black doughnut
This has a wire to the harness and a plastic tube that runs down to the lowest part of the drum housing where it is attached to a bottle like device that's is fixed to the housing.
Water goes into the bottle which compresses the column of air in the tube which actuates the switch which tells the programmer how much water is about.
This little bottle also get filled with crud- soap residue and will interfere with the water compressing the air column.
So it too needs a good clean out.
