When you click print, and IF a Print Window opens, then it should allow you to click a button on that window to change the Print Properties. There should be a choice for "reverse order" and you just need to unclick that choice.
Go to Print properties and you will find an option which says print last page first. Check that box and it should print the documents in reverse order.
Generally speaking, there is a setting on your print drivers properties to print reverse order. Start, Printers, right click on your printer, go to printing preferences and it should be there.
Open your printers/faxes folder, right click the printer you want to change, select properties. In that window, click on printing preferences. Click on the next to last icon (should be an A with a red arrow going to an upside down A). On that screen is an option to reverse print. Click on it.
Check your driver settings, in Layout option some people things that print in reverse order is going to print on both sides but its not. It wil print your job backwards though. So make sure you dont have that selected
the last printed page is always on top. For a long document, it takes a while to resort and place the first page first! This is how you can get Microsoft Word to reverse the print order and save all the trouble. I have spent so much time resorting documents after printing. On my printer, the last page printed is always on top. By printing the last page first (reverse order), the document is already correctly sorted.
Here is how to do it:
1. Open Microsoft Word 2. Open the document to be printed 3. Click the Tools menu 4. Select Options 5. Click the Print tab 6. Check the Reverse Print Order option 7. Select OK
Now, all your documents will prevent in reverse order. What a lifesaver!!!
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
