Hi,
To solve your problem, Go to the calls menu and turn virbration 'Off'. If this doesnt fix the problem, permenant water damage maybe the cause.
Best of luck,
Matt

He must have removed the battery when it was dropped. This is to prevent any further damage to the phone due to internal short circuit. Remove the battery and let the unit dry for few days or store it in a warm place beside a desiccant or silica gel. The battery is drained and must be revived first. You can try using other battery so check if it's only your battery that is drained and makes the phone don't work. To revive the battery, connect its terminals to a DC power supply with voltage between 5 to 9 volts. Do this until the battery gets warm..
you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried
If you drop the phone from 5 feet, then the phone may be damaged, and you may need a technician to reapair it.
All you can try is removing the Sony Duo memory card, removing the battery and putting it back in place.
If that does not work go to a mobile repair shop and ask testing a new battery in the phone.
If still no luck, then the mainboard, the LCD, the keypad connector, or the multiple connector at the base of the phone may be damaged.
In that case the phone may be permanently damaged, and it must be disassembled and tested at a repair shop to fix it.
Best thing to do right away is remove the battery and put it in a bowl of dry rice if you have any to start absorbing the water out. Not sure about the left front button coming out. Good luck.
I think that your sony ericcson has been dropped somewhere or it is water damaged, if its a white screen which keeps flashing then its overheated or water damaged, it may need a new battery or will be about £30 GBP to fix. If this helps then please vote me!
