Xbox Brand new games wont wrk it keeps saying that it is dirty or damaged

You may have a bad drive or it may just need cleaned out a bit. Try blowing some compressed air in the drive to see if that helps. If that doesn't help you may need to replace it. Replacement drives can be found on ebay for a pretty reasonable price.

If you have recently tried to mod your Xbox 360 then you did not get the drive key installed correctly. Otherwise the laser lens is either dirty/ starting to weaken. You can either replace the laser lens in the disc drive, try to clean it, try the POT tweak or replace the whole disc drive. Keep in mind if you replace the disc drive you will need to swap the PCBs or the drive keys. Hope this helps.

I just got my xbox and it wasn't reading the discs (they're brand new discs)sometimes if i mess with it, it will read the disc then it would say that ''the disc couldn't be reconized please enter a xbox...
When I had this problem it was a faulty DVD drive. However, seeing as you Xbox is brand new, don't bother messing with it and invalidating your warranty. Just take it back and get a new one.

EA sports nhl/o9 says disc is dirty game is brand new /second one
when this happens you will need to buy a cleaning disk from staples. when you have the disk, insert it in the x-box. when you've done that play track number two. this process will adjust the eye so that the brushes on the disk will wipe the dirt or ather stuff from thy eye.

does it say there may be a problem with the disc may be dirty or damaged? If so this usually means the dvd drive is getting weak. Its a easy fix though and cost around 30 to 40 to get a new drive for it.
