Yes, if say your windows media player is not recognizing your player in the sync box you need to do the following. On your action player desktop go into system, then go into other settings.you will see a section that says select device.......make sure that the MTP device is lit up in blue. the problem is that the "u memory "is being used and not the player so you can play your stuff on your computer but not sync anything back to the player. simple screw up but easy to fix. hope this helps
At the top of the screen on the right hand side beneath the battery symbol and the song number there will be either a star, a 1, or an a in a circle, if there is a star, touch the screen until it displays the a in a circle, then it will play all of the song. If it is a 1 it will only play one song over and over again

ok that code has nothing to do with your drums that code is for a error in the fuser unit, you have to reset it in this order ADD FUNC key// then hold down the 2 & 8 keys at the same time / then ADD FUNC key again... screen should change to serv mode.... then in this order.touch copier/func/clear/err. ok turn off copier then back on... if code comes back you have a bad fuser unit swap it out clear the code again then try the new unit
