Re: My oven Whirlpool super capacity 465 is not turning...
I would check the power to the oven and then the wiring from the receptacle to the back of the oven. You will probably find the cause of your problem here.
Check the breaker first. You could have one leg of power out. This is most likely a 2 or 3 pole breaker. This was from several years ago. Is it still not working today.Check the breaker first. You may have several things going on f1 e4 is a control board issue with the touch panel plug in into the control board disconnect and reconnect if this problem presist will need a control board and touch pad for the oven not staying lit there is a new oven igniter kit 8190618 unfortunately no good diagnostics for this problem good luck
whirlpool super capacity 465 accubake system gas stove with auto starter - oven worked fine the previous night the next day will not do any thing any help out there?
Some gas ranges may take 10 or so minutes to light.
Other than that you may have a defective glow bar ignitor.
If it glows and does not light the reistance in the ignitior has failed.
I have a whirlpool accubake system / super capacity 465 oven ... the top burners do fine...but my oven pilot went out... and I don't know how to re-lite the pilot... the owners manual doesn't help ... it doesn't show anything a layman could understand ... no visual illustrations ... when I turn on the oven ... the display shows that it's been activated... it clicks a couple of times but does not light ... what is a simple way to re-light the pilot? thanks, A
Same thing happened to me about 1 month ago... Did you get some kind of power outage or lightning strike??? I am pretty sure the stove part works but the oven doesn't right?!?! It might be 2 things.. Either the temperature sensor inside the oven doesn't work or it's the control board (where the clock is). I tried to chaned teh temp sensor but it did not work. I then changed the Control Board and oven works again...
