Flame height too high in lower oven and 2 of the burners
SOURCE: burner flame height adjustment
All ignitors will always arc whenever one of them does.
I haven't worked with propane systems much, but it seems you may need the propane pressure regulator adjusted.
If the problem is only with the power burner, I would ensure that particular orifice was actually changed. The hole in a propane orifice is smaller than for natural gas.

if it set up for propane or natural gas need to make sure if for propane you need to change the orifice in the cook top, it is shipped for natural gas call the store and they can order the kit

Unclechuck,
My problem is How do I adjust the burner in the oven to blue flames on a GE propane gas range?

Take a 1/2 inch open end wrench and tighten the orifice on the oven gas valve. Then adjust the air shutter on the venturi tube.

HI, To adjust the size of the flame, turn the orfice clockwise to make it smaller. you can also try and adjust the air shuttle on the burner.
Are you trying to change from natural to LP?
Please let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks
Vic
