My i15n-2729bk obsidian windows 7 dell laptop keeps going to the windows error recovery screen and won't repair my laptop or restore it or start up normally just goes back to the same screen. What can I do here? 
Insert installation disk press F8 and try to repair.
if error keep showing same then goto recovery menu and try advance error fixing.

You need to have the Windows disk in when you select the Repair option. If you are getting a bluescreen consistently, there is a chance it may require a complete windows reinstall or new hardware (depending on your bluescreen information).

Make sure that your laptop is not overheating. Overheating sometimes causes freezing. If your computer is not overheating but is not allowing you to even reinstall the operating system, run a hard drive diagnostic test. You might need to replace the hard drive due to bad sectors.
