Open the machine up on the top lid. 2 screws at the back of the machine at the top. Slide the lid back and remove it. The drawer can now be accessed. There should be a bunch of clips holding the lid of the drawer . You can carefully open these clips to remove the lid or just remove the entire drawer assembly and replace it or try to figure out what is jamming it.
Something has jammed the drawer closed. You will need to access the top of the dispenser.
Remove the 2 screws holding the top lid in back. Slide the top lid rearward and remove.
Pry open the top of the dispenser top and using a small screwdriver, unsnap the lid snaps.
This will release the drawer and you can clean out any debris that caused it to jam up.
Good luck.
Unplug
Remove plastic squares on the bottom
REmove screws with a philips driver
Lift the cover from the back over towards the front
There are four very small philips head screws holding the lid over the drawer.
Take those out. Reset drawer
you're in a bad spot. you will need to remove top metal panel of washer; and carefully separate the drawer housing a little and wiggle the drawer out. one of the compartments in the drawer popped up and jammed the drawer.
Open ALL paper jam locations on the machine. The jam code only means the paper jam is somewhere BEYOND the paper drawer. Check ALL jam locations including duplexer, bypass, and ALL paper drawers.
Most CD's have a small hole in the front of the drawer cover. This hole can be used to open the drawer, straighten out a large paper clip (wire style). About 2" should be enough! Put he paper clip end thru the hole perpendicular to the front (straight in). You will feel resistance at about 1/2" to 1", pressing firmly (don't jam it in), the drawer will start to open as you press the right place, gently pull the drawer open. If something is jammed inside, removal and possible replacement may be required. If you don't feel confident in opening the case, don't!
Try taking the unit apart it mostlikly jamed or jumped track try re ajusting it that would prob work, another thing is to try messing with the gears that could aslo work
If you are getting "Paper Jam check drawer two message" I would suggest you to check for any paper stuck inside the paper drawer two. If you don't see any paper jammed inside drawer two, you might also want to check out if its is stuck anywhere in the paper path. Removing the paper jam should fix the issue. Try cleaning the pick rollers (the rollers which pick the paper) in drawer two. This should help fixing this issue.
1. Most of the player drawer fixed over the chasis for a rigid support 2. try to remove the drawer safely without damagind the chasis and drive mechanism 3. there might be some shaft jam. 4.
