I bought a company compter and it does not allow me to do anything to the control panel, how do i reset to factory setting?

Can you unplug and replug it back in to reset compter? It might be easier to go to your circuit breaker box, vs pulling fridge out, and turn off fridge from there. That will cause it to reset. Here is the manual for it.

if it is a newer model computer, 1 to 2.5 years old,there is an option in your Control panel setting to allow you to do that easily. or u tuibe may have a video of step by step to change the setting back

I understand that you are experiencing a problem with the control panel on the front of your fridge. You may want to reset it to factory settings. To do this you will need to press on the factory defaults image for three seconds. The factory defaults is located on the upper right next to the on/of emblem.

This should reset the whole unit back to factory settings and allow you to change the temp to the desired temps. If this does not work unplug the unit for 2 minutes and plug it back in and it should restart the system.

how old is spa?
if new then circuit board maybe set on a mode setting that is used when being tested in the factory, locate dipswitch block on circuit board and move dip switch for MODE, should have a layout of dip switches on reverse of lid to control box
if older then you may need a new control panel (top side)

you need to reload everything from your Recovery Disc. Do you have a recovery disc? If you don't have, just format your hard drive and re-install your OS. Install your motherboard drivers from the CD you have when you first bought it. Also, reinstall the programs you have. In this way, you have everything fresh like brand new.

You can try these codes 2211 or 3308 if they do not work you will need to reset the unit. You will need to unplug it for 45 minutes that will reset the TV to factory settings. Then the pass codes I provided should work.
