please purchase an operating system. use that. install it to your computer, follow the default settings on it then your good to go.

You should reinstall it using the installation cd because there is no downloads on the net for this.

Do you have a toggle switch on the power supply at the back of the unit? You may have inadvertently turned it off, try toggling it in the other direction.
If that does not work, you may have a dead powersupply or even a dead connection to your on/off button on thee front of the case.
