I could not access BIOS or anything else on my computer.

I recently bought winbook powerspec mce 410 and reinstalled windows media edition 2005 with recovery DVD. After I updated windows, there was no video displaying when I turned the computer on. When I pressed the power-on button, there was a light on the mother board and one-second light blinking of keyboard. I cleared CMOS and removed the battery, however I could not access BIOS or anything else on my computer. When I remove the memory and start the system, the motherboard beeps continuously. Does anyone experience the same problem? Thanks!

Starting the PC without memory will result in a ?beep code? error, which is the beeping you are hearing. Replacing the memory should make the beeping go away. As far as accessing your BIOS if you PC won?t display anything they accessing your system BIOS won?t accomplish anything. -When you start your PC with the memory installed do you see anything displayed on the screen? -Was the PC operating correctly before your reinstall? -Why did you void the CMOS? -Why did you remove the PC memory?

XPS-410 needs to have MCE 2005 Rollup two SP3 replaced by Windows 7 64 bit. Too many problems to list currently but will work limited programs

Not sure what you are trying to do. If you are trying to convert 32 bit to 64 bit Apps, try going to manufacturers website to look for drivers.
Win 7 will actually find the best drivers for your devices.

I dont have my cd for my winbook web cam how do i set it up

I'm assuming it's a USB device, most hardware you can plug it in and as long as your PC is connected to the internet, Windows will automatically search for and install the driver. If this doesn't work you may need to go to the company's website that made the webcam you are using to download the driver and/or any necessary software.

I have Powerspec tv , after turning on the TV ,no pictures after a second?

> if you have set top box ,go to main menu ,check on restore factory settings ,put in default password 0000 and press ok,restarting the set top box automatically, waiting for some minutes.

restarting starts scanning all channels one by one and put them on their respective location in channel store.

now ,enjoy with all channels.

> same process is done with tv if u have't any set top box ,only RF input from ur cable operator.

> Check the connecting cables like RF-cable,Audio-Video cable ,Power cable and others are properly arranged and connected with their proper plug & ports and sockets.

Now ur problem will be solved. Bi.....

Windows media center on start up freezes computer, why

When that happens you usually need to backup your data, and reinstall the system to fix Windows corrupted files.

Try first doing a system restore to the most recent date before you started having the problem. If system files are damaged this will not help.

The media center is part of the WMC operative system. You can also reinstall media center alone using add remove programs, then Add remove windows components. Often that does not work, and you need to use a Windows MCE setup disk to fix the problem.

Powerspec PC 7114, will not powerup by pressing the on button on front of unit?

Do you have a toggle switch on the power supply at the back of the unit? You may have inadvertently turned it off, try toggling it in the other direction.
If that does not work, you may have a dead powersupply or even a dead connection to your on/off button on thee front of the case.
