I woke up a couple days ago to answer my phone and found that as soon as i opened it, it disconnected the call. Now, the only button that works is the end/off button. The only other one that even responds is the volume up button, but it just makes the outside Lcd light up while the phone is closed.
Also, I can recieve calls and the phone just picks up when I open, without pressing send or anything.
The display looks fine and seems to be keeping up with messages, date and time. It just doesnt work.

Wow. I thought I answered this a couple of days ago.
Plug the phone back in, don't pick up the handset or press any buttons, and press "1" on the number pad. That will turn the background music on and off.
try updating the firmware to the latest version.

it may fix any bugs or wireless issues in the update.
my phone is a IPhone 3gs and i cracked the screen a couple of months ago and a couple of days ago my screen started to act really slow and it wouldnt work on some parts and now today my screen wont work nor respond at all. PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY NEED MY PHONE ...!!!!!
Restore your phone and take it back to the apple store for service. There is nothing that a fresh jailbreak does that will cause any part of your screen to stop responding. Sadly, It sounds like your phone may be defective.
The keyboard should have a button underneath it. Press the button on the usb controller first and then the button on the keyboard. Repeat a few times to see if it connects. If you are still having trouble try another set of batteries as some batteries are not designed for wireless products.
Press and hold the Vol + button whilst plugging into the PC.
Device Manager should go into repair mode.
Follow the on-screen prompts.
When finished, disconnect usb and reconnect quickly. Player should say loading, and then go into transfer mode.
Disconnect and reconnect player again. Screen should say
Updating.
Repair is now complete.
* If player flashes "Initializing" & "GoGear" alternately, then resatart the process again. If it still doesn't work then there's not much else you can do.
