Sorry about that my friend...I;m assuming that u probably dropped u r phone from the sympthoms u are reporting. There's no easy way about this and the solution is that u r gonna have to replace the screen. It's a tediuos task but hopefully a professional repair personel can handle this. Sam !

The wether does have something to do with it. After a lightning storm humidity is a problem. the humidity and heat can make the screen lighter, kind of grey. Cable on TV suddenly went to black & white (and a bit fuzzy)(some channels show faint colour). Was fine, nothing was changed, one day was suddenly B&W. TV screen is not the problem, all other cable...

Was playing around with the TV's menu and changed the Tuning Band from "HRC cable" to "IRC cable". Suddenly I have colour again. No one had adjusted any of the controls, so still not sure why one day it was fine and the next day it had gone to black and white, but changing the Tuning Band fixed the colour problem for me.

Crazy color???

It sounds like you both have problems with the video card. If your 360s are some of the earlier ones then that is more that likely the problem (it happened to a friend of mine). 18004MYXBOX is the Xbox support number and will try to fix it over the phone of have you ship it out to them (they send you a box and its all paid for).

Screen Green Tint

Turn down your color and see if the screen has a normal black & white screen. If it doesn't then the CRT is bad (picture tube). If it is black & White then you have a either lost your red or blue. That problem will be in your video driver circuit of which a service center can handle.
