Yes, all new TV's of 1080p specification will have a dedicated PC connection (and should have either a 3.5mm audio socket or 2 x RCA inputs for audio).
The most common way is to use a VGA lead (with 3.5mm audio lead) - VGA out of pc to VGA in of TV. 3.5mm audio output of pc (ie headphone socket) to 3.5mm audio input of TV.
You will just require the correct VGA lead long enough to connect to your pc.
The wireless keyboard and mouse will need to be connected to your pc, and must be within "line of sight" to the wireless receiver.
If you specifically want to use pc output to RGB input (and RCA audio in) of your TV, then you will need to obtain a long VGA to RGB conversion cable, plus 3.5mm audio lead. Have a look on Ebay for a coversion cable.

You have bad grounds on the power board. The first place are the solder connections under neath the flyback transformer. This is my first area of inspections. You must really, really inspect the rest of the board. This TV has many poor solder connections too numerous to pin point. These are very small and will take an extremely close inspection. I cannot say enough here. Look for bad solder grounds on the vertical IC (do not use excess solder or you will short this IC). Look for solder connections on transistors, diodes, jumpers, power resistors and capacitors. Capacitors include electrolytic, disks and safety capacitors.Resolder other transformers too. Be sure to check close for bad solder connections on the heat sinks as well. Next, use an ESR meter to check all your electrolytic capacitors. This is a good place to start repairs. Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support!
First of all check if theSatellite box or the RCA cable is working ok with other equipment/TV if they both r working fine then their is an internal problem with ur TV.Show it to a authorised service person.
