Reddy heater 35,000 torpedo heater

Hi,
Yes, you can burn diesel in there but... you will have more trouble with the heater... it burns crappy and soots everything up...actually the best thing to burn is K-1 Kero in them... that burns the cleanest... and it won't gel in really cold temps...

I have a homrlite hd 125 p that fires up then shuts down after 20 sec. i changed gas to fresh k-1 and removed old gas filter same result fires than turns off

I would suggest a new thermocouple for your unit

Unit needs photo cell,or cell is dirty.to check photo cell disconnect the two blue wires from reset switch nad put a wire between where the blue wires were connected.that takes the photo cell out of system.fire unit up.if it stays running photo cell is bad,change it and all will be right again
