Question about Belkin F5X007 XM Radio Receiver
This boom box will damage your Roady xt xm radio. Belkin makes a part that you need to put between the roady and the boombox that you will need. If you dock the Roady xt with out this small adapter, it will ruin your Roady XT. I got this information from the tech's at XM radio. I have not yet been able to contact Belkin for a part number of cost of the part, but my roady is now shot. Will no longer work. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE......contact Belkin before trying to use your Roady XT with this boom box.......get the part from Belkin first! The boom box dock does seem to fit the XM Roady XT, but when you put the Roady into the boom box, the Roady will get damaged by the connection. The guy at XM told me that it breaks off a part of the audio connector of the Roady XT. They have had many calls about this. The XM Tech's told me that Belkin came up with a part to fix the problem.
I contacted Belkin and was told that there never was a problem with the boombox. I offered to send tehm my dead roady! I will not buy another belkin product.

After spending about 30 minutes on the phone, which required a callback on my part to the SAME PHONE NUMBER (for some reason, TECH SUPPORT could not connect me to CUSTOMER SUPPORT), I am now being told that this part is no longer available!
Since the F5X007 is now a discontinued product, Belkin is telling me that it is no longer supported and this part (nor any other) is no longer available.
So, basically, their product has ruined my Roady XT and, not only will I not be reimbursed for the damage, they will not even fix the problem with their product so that it won't damage another one!
I tried to talk to a supervisor but was told none was available, so I am set up for a callback within 48 hours - WHAT A JOKE!
This is the third issue I have had with Belkin support in about a year. I will never buy another Belkin product again, and I urge anyone reading this to do the same.

Usually answered in minutes!
Try contacting Delphi as well
All you need to do is to call Belkin and get a plastic peice that acts as a guide that is installed into the boom box..it only takes a second..and they will mail it out to you for free. It will keep the Roady safe and now my boom box works well....with my new XM Roady that I had to buy to replace the damages one.
same thing happened to us
Mine worked several times and then it quit. The Roady XT comes on, and I can see the stations, but no sound in either the boom box or my truck.
