You need to set it up for msn
and make sure you have a updated msn

After you start Windows Live Messenger,
expand the view by clicking on the square
on top left next to the red X.
Then on the Windows Live messenger window on the
right side, click on “ “Show Menus.” And then click
on “Show the Menu Bar”.
Next go to the Menu Bar on right side, click on Action.
Go to “TOOLS” and click “Audio and Video Setting
and follow the instructions.

Webcam doesnt work
Hey you know what !...its not problems with your cam or OS but its problem with MSN. Please use updated or NEW VERSION of MSN and then you will be able to use all features of your webcam while chatting on MSN or Yahoo!

Adjust your browser security setting to allow webcams if you have flash micro media you will see the camra security but if you go to internet setting you can ajust the broswer setting from there .make sure that your firewall allow your webcam .then let me know how you did

Hello, I have an acer laptop and it has the crystal eye webcam on it. Well it works and everything but when I pull up my MSN messenger it wont let my friends see my webcam. So basically it wont let me use...
It might be a firewall issue why your webcam won't work. Try to temporarily disable your firewall to see if this fixes the problem.

I have a Acer Aspire 5735Z, but the webcam wnt work
for the SuYin Problem go to www.acer.co.uk and then go to the support section. There should be a drivers section allowing you to download the SuYin driver. Anyway i can't get my webcam to work at all...any ways of installing it??
