Every time I put a movie in my dvd player, my Sanyo "Vizon" HDTV, keeps preventing the movie from showing, it then asks me if I want to change the level of the parental control, and then I have to put in my registered password to authorize it. When I go into the menu settings and turn off the parental control feature it keeps on controlling each movie I put in my dvd-player even though I have shut off parental controls! How can I make it stop doing that? It's getting annoying to have to put in the password Every time I want to watch a movie! And I watch movies a lot! Please Help!
Hey Aurora, After you put your password in, go back and change the password using blanks spaces. Then it should reset to 'parental control off'. Let me know if this works. Some Sanyo models are different to reset.

Actually Now i found out that it's not my TV but the DVD player--my playstation 2 that has the parental controls! I tried everything with the v-guide on my TV but it didn't work. It has something to do with my DVD player
I am trying to watch a movie and the screen went blue and a message came on that says the current program is blocked due to v-guide settings. I tried to look on the menu and nowhere does it have a v guide. How do I fix this so I watch what I want?
