Only thing you can do is replace the icemaker and things should be back to normal

Some part inside ice maker has broken. Attempt to pry off cover (or remove screws if necessary) and look for any part that has broken. I will guess the part is plastic. This same thing happened to my maker and I deduced that an item had fallen into the ice cube tray and prevented the arm from coming up, thereby allowing the tiny drive motor , coupled to a speed-reducing-torque-increasing mechanism to break a part of the maker. I actually used strong epoxy glue to fix it!
