Either the watch is faulty, in which case you need to return it to the store which you bought it, Tag Heuer are very good at fixing their watches. If you bought it elsewhere, check that it is genuine, before sending it anywhere, because if not a genuine Tag Heuer, you may not get it back. I'm guessing its a Quartz model, which are difficult to repair but simple and cheap to replace, which is what they will do (Tag/Jewellers) if its an Automatic model, then it will be repaired quite quickly, as very simple to do.
Any problems, luxury sauce dot com, contact me via there.
The newer straps on TAG are generally wider than the professional series and the cost of a new genuine TAG heuer clasp or bracelet may easily exceed the costof buying an entire watch of that series used.
I recommend searching for an after-market strap/ buckle usuing your case back numbers as the search criteria.
depends on the model on mine you press the two tabs on the side in then the part with Tag Heuer goes the opposite way first, to the part with the TH symbol on it. Mine was a bit difficult when new but soons works just fine
