i had this problem before, and what had happened was that my phone company had accidently messed with my account and didnt allow me to send text or recieve messages, so i would advise you to call your phone company and see if they have something to do with it.
ok this happen to me this morning and i just now figured out how to fix it go to menu then settings>advanced>reset defaults>reset settings then enter 6 zeros like this 000000 and then select yes it will delete your texts but you'll be able to get to your inbox..
First try shutting the phone down and then remove the battery, for about 5mins. Then restart the phone. If this is still happening , you can go to tools,,initial setup,, master reset,,,this phone does not have a sd card, so the memory is stored on the phone, this could erase some stuff on the phone, This is a risk and might not work at resetting mms, so if you do it make sure you have your contacts written down. This is only a suggestion and we are not liable for any problems associated with the phone, we are kinda of like microsuc where we do what ever we want and don't care about anyone.HAHA
sir its the same problem which i had with my phone. there is no problem with your phones software but with hardware.
Your phones HEAP(RAM) has became very weak to take load of your phone.
I will advice you to go to a nearby motorola shop. If its under warranty it
will be repaired free of cost. thankyou for using fixya dont forget to rate the solution
