I purchased this MP3 player only months ago and one day when I was listening to music it just froze and it would not allow me to turn it off. After a while in automatically turned off. Now when I try to turn it on I recieve this white and red capsule looking object??? not sure what this is and there is nothing in my operation manual. I cannot turn my MP3 player on... so I decided to plug it into the computer and when I do the MP3 turns on and allows me to listen to music but it is not registering on my computer thereofore I cannot add or delete files! I removed the battery and replaced it as I thought something may have got lose or something but still no luck. Can anyone help me? Thank you!
The capsule looking thing means it has a low battery. You need to use the USB cord and plug it into your computer for a while to charge it.

Check if the hold switch is enabled try disabling it then try to upddate the firmware of the player and also it may be your songs try formatting the player in MSC mode. :D
