P-21 error of c250 - Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer

Yes c250 & c252 are compatible.

1 Wipe clean the surface of the transfer belt with a soft cloth, if it is dirty.
2 Change the image transfer belt unit if the transfer belt is damaged.
3 Change the PH unit.
4 Change PRCB.

NVRAM problems better calll KM tech because this kind of error codes need specialez tech and procedure like NVRAM data recovery etc

P-21: Color regist test pattern failure

run halftone prints from service mode to isolate which color is having an issue.

Color registration problem Restart copier and leave the front door open,will bypass the error code page.Press HELP,then press KEY OPERATOR MODE, scroll down to 21 EXECUTE ADJUST OPERATION, select COLOR REGIST AUTO ADJUSTMENT, then press OK, PREVIOUS SCREEN. After adjusting, it will back to normal. If the code number back on again, then it was the transfet belt off alignment. If you know how to pull the transfer back to center position, problem solve, if not, call technician.

are you sure that you have a correct model and malfunction ccode ??? i cant find this code on bizhub C250
