The "plug" in the machine got pulled all the way out of the machine - totally disconnected from the wires inside the machine. Got the plug re-wired to the interior wires, and power on light on the back of the TC lights, but it won't run. The appliance repair guy speculates that when the plug was, essentially, ripped loose, the wires arced and fried the circuit board. Does this make sense? Is there a way to test the circuit board w/o taking the whole machine apart?

However you can test the board by following this. a) test the input voltage motor, if there are Voltage the motor need repair b) test the output voltage board for input voltage board, if there are NOT voltage the board is faulty see the block diagram, and see my personal TIPS for motor help.

Hi,
Problem could be low colant, water pump, fan not kicking on (bad sen or bad fan motor) radiator dirty,
so the Treadclimber not working properly.
