Its a fuser code. To reset it the code and to get it work again. Follow these steps:1) Turn the main power off ( the switch behind the toner door )2) Hold down the Utility button while you turn the machine back on.

c3852 means low fuser(hot section) temp setting. hold down utility or stop key, then you should be abel to do trouble reset. if problem persist it would most likely be a lamp or a sensor, which will require a technician to come out.
