soulnds like the belt pooped, or broke, remove top you should see the belt wrapped around the drum, if not you need a new one

there are slots in the casing that slide down on tabs comeing out of the dryer. put the top part of the casing in then put the bottom part in and slide down on the tabs

Replace screws at rear exactly as they were. Entrance for this dryer is at the lower front panel.

Unplug unit first. Place a putty knife in the space between the upper and lower panel at the front of the dryer about 4 inches in from either side to push up the retaining clips while pulling on the panel. This will release the lower panel and give you full access to all the main components.

The heater is on the right in the metal can with the cover at the front. On the left side of the can is a thermal fuse that may be open to turn off the heater. There is also a thermostat that may be bad or interconnecting wiring. Remove cover at the front of the can and disconnect wires to element.Element should slide out for replacement. Look for screws retaining it if it doesn't.

Reverse above process for reassembly. Good Luck.
