I have not heard of this brand of a dishwasher but It should be like any other. I would say that the control panel for the cycle select is bad and needs to be replaced. You will want to check and see if there is any kind of thermal fuse that may be open and to make sure there is power getting to the control. Also check that the door switch is als operating normally. If all checks out good replace the control bord. Good luck

I have a Sharp Notevision XR-50S Projector with system Lock on but I do not have the remote. How can I unlock them?

  1. Power Off: First, make sure the projector is powered off.
  2. Control Panel: On the projector itself, locate the control panel with buttons. You should find buttons like "Menu," "Enter," "Up," "Down," "Left," and "Right."
  3. Access Menu: Power on the projector and press the "Menu" button on the control panel. This should display the on-screen menu.
  4. Navigate Menu: Use the arrow buttons (Up, Down, Left, Right) to navigate through the menu options until you find the "System" or "Settings" menu.
  5. Unlock: Within the System or Settings menu, look for an option related to the system lock or security settings. Use the arrow buttons to select it.
  6. Disable Lock: Once you've highlighted the lock option, press the "Enter" or "OK" button to access its settings. You may need to enter a password if it's set, so try default passwords like "0000" or "1234." If none work, you might need to contact Sharp support for a password reset procedure.
  7. Unlock: After accessing the lock settings, disable or unlock the system lock.
  8. Exit Menu: Exit the menu by pressing the "Menu" button again.
  9. Test: Power off the projector and then power it back on to see if the system lock has been successfully removed.

Left click will not work

I have found that the best way to adjust your mouse settings is to create a control panel in your bottom toolbar scroll to the bottom of your screen right click you will see an array of options select the toolbar option then select desktop then you will see the desktop in the bottom toolbar select the 2 >>arrow heads then all control panel items then select mouse this is in WINDOWS 7 then click on the >> all control panel items scroll to mouse in the buttons tab you will see the defaults left button right button and middle wheel click you might have to set the left click button again in XP you will have to select the new toolbar option once you have that a browse option select my computer then control panel then a control panel option will be in the bottom toolbar . Or disconnect the mouse from your computer restart.

My duet sport washer would not power up then i unplugged it then plugged back in all lights illuminate yet none of the functions work.then pushing pause/cancel button will turn it off and on a time or two...

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Sorry but with such a fault it is virtually impossible for anybody on this FixYa forum to remotely guess what is wrong with your washer.
It could be internal wiring/plugs sockets, control panel switches, control PCB, water inlet control valves, door solenoid, main motor, drain motor etc.
.
I fear that your only real option is a service call as the engineer will have the right equipment to safely diagnose what is wrong.

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Control lock button is on and will not clear to wash clothes

Hi, Whirlpool makes their control lock very confusing. Often times, people will look on the control panel and the control lock light will go on and they can not figure out how to unlock the control panel. They will try pressing and holding the cancel button and unplugging the washer or dryer to reset it. None of these options work. All you need to do is press and hold the end of cycle button for 3 seconds and the control panel will unlock. If that doesn't unlock your controls, then unfortunately your interface control board is just shorted and will need to be ordered and replaced to fix the issue.
