First Option:
mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems...
just try the following..
connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger
Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging
IF Charging Problem not Solved So


Second Option:
Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC
And charging Problem will Solved Quickly

What softwares are needed to connect gt-s3370 to pc?
I think you need to download the application from the official website of your cell phone manufacturer that is from the Samsung. You can take help from the following linkhttp://in.samsungmobile.com/support/...ile-manuals.do , Click the link and select your cell phone model and then finally you will be prompted for the download click yes to download the PC Studio. Install it and use it.

Download first a PC Suite software in your computer. This software will let you access the system of your phone. In this software you can transfer files, videos, audios to your phone from computer and vice-versa.

Once the software is installed in your computer, run it.. connect your phone via usb data cable...search your phone by connection and Connect.
