The display on our Phaser 8560 is having issues. Sometimes the text on the display is backwards, sometimes it's upside down, and sometimes the display doesn't work at all. The printer still prints, but if there is an error, a paper jam, etc., you can't figure out what the problem is because the display screen isn't working correctly. Is there a way to reset the printer or troubleshoot this issue? I think our warranty has already expired.
There is a known issue with that display. Call 1-800-835-6100 and tell Xerox you have a problem with the diaplay, They should replace it free.
The display panel has gone bad and must be replaced. This video shows you how to fix it. Very easy and no tools required. I hope it helps ">
I get error code 08,007.41:859 - and can"t get it to print or do anything except the blinking light flashes green, yellow, red,

Manually verify that the ink stick is able to advance in the ink loader chute. Check for broken or wrong type ink cubes.
