Creative Labs 30GB Zen Vision:M

I have recently bought a couple of new cd's, the Hoosiers and KT Tunstall. The Creative software does not recognise the files on either of these cd's. Has anyone else had this problem with new cd's?

I can't seem to put songs downloaded from limewire on to my Zen, I can put cds on it no problem and can transfer songs to my pc libary but when i try to put them on to my zen I get the message unknown error. It is so frustrating I could throw it out the window, please help!!
