could be your final , could be the modulation transformer, could be your coax, could be your mic. Hows the SWR . under a 2.0 I hope.the smaller the # the better you get out .

As this radio shack trc 503 cb radio will only transmit but it has loss it audio sound and no noise as nobody seems to don't why this has loss it audio and soun

If its RX audio you have lost then your audio chip is faulty or the speaker, try an external speaker or new internal speaker

Uniden president ssb base no transmit and no receive how to fix

Have the mic checked first to make sure wired correctly and or wires not broken where connect to plug----also check to see if same on SSB and Am.

President what? Madison, Lincoln etc.

hi there pin1=audio/mic
pin2=ground/braid wire
pin3=RX/recieve
pin4=ground/black wire
pin5=TX/transmit

I have a Uniden/President hr2510 and would like to wire a DM452 echo mic to this radio. I need the proper code.

They are bother a simple 4 pin wire setup. Follow this and you will be good to go. 1 - GROUND SHIELD - BLACK
2 - AUDIO - WHITE / YELLOW
3 - TX - RED
4 - RX - BLUE

Need to know what protection diodes are right beside audio chip.

Google " CB City " They may have the information and be able to give you the proper part #'s for those diods.

Most of these kinds of radios will have two audio chips , on for transmit and one for recieve.sounds like you popped the recieve audio chip.

sounds like your audio chip is gone. When you say it shows carrier signal is it just showing dead key or does it show modulation when you talk? 85% chance its audio chip without having it in front of me i couldn't tell for sure.

President mckinly ssb/am model with mb8719 pll chip.

It looks like you had some loose connections in that CB. you may want to also check for other cold solder joints throughout the units and touch them up with some solder. Might I suggest you use a desoldering tool and then just add new solder to the connection.
