Hi, you didn't say if the mic actually passes sound? The C-1 is a condenser Mic & needs phantom power - switch on the rear of your mixer. If that's no help, what happens if you disconnect the mic, then turn the levels back up? Still hissing or gone? If it's gone then it's the Mic - must use a 3 wire cable, preferably XLR so it gets the phantom power. If the hiss is still there without the Mic then sounds like the mixer is faulty - try some of the other channels..... How loau is the hiss - just in the background or as load as a vocal "one, two" test? A few things to check anyway...... Good Luck!
its never normal for your phone to make sounds other than what you want it to make. try lowering the speaker volume to the lowest setting but still allow yourslf to be able to hear. check to see if its still making the sound. if so try getting your music from a diffrent source. if that also fails try voice record if its avalible on your model phone. play voice listen for the unwanted noise. reason for this is to narrow the problem . how long has the phone done this?
your phone speaker is most likely the problem seeing that even the phones own tones has a static sound.
could have blown speaker .
I have the Sony Bravia KDL-46S4100. The high-picthed hiss drives me insane. I have a work around but not a fix. Go into your TV's menu and find BACKLIGHT. Adjust it from 1-9 with the house quiet and find what frequency of the hiss is the least annoying.
Sony Bravia high pitch hiss hissing sound high frequency
the Samson C01U picks up the noises running inside the computer, or laptop whichever you have. You can't change that. But if you want to get rid of it. I use Cool Edit Pro. There's this effect we have for Noise Reduction. I won't go further on unless you have this program, or something similar. But basically it takes out any unwanted static
I had the same problem for the longest time with my set of Logitech 540 5.1 speakers. Turns out the solution was pretty simple. All I did was open the Master Volume controller and mute the Microphone. Hissing went to zero. Sound is great now.
