Does any one know where I can get the manual? We are a non-profit organization for homeless children here in Atlanta and are in great need of this right now.

I work in a small doctors office and recently the electricty went out and reset all the phones. Now there is only one phone in the office that rings, and it only rings when the phone is not in use. It's becoming to cause problems with the flow of the office. Also not to mention the phone disconnects the calls after they have been holding for about 2 to 3 minunts, causing our patients to become very upset.
