Ozaki imini (cute)

The details say you can have ipod as an option for alarm, but the instructions are poor for this area. Anyone know how to set the alarm clock to use your ipod and not the buzzer?

Ditto, i can only get radio or that dreadful buzzer. Let me know if you've figured this out

This is easy, hold down "mode" until the alarm time flashes, then press "mode" again, it will cycle through a menu, there is an "on" option to turn on the ipod at a certain time, you select "on" then press mode again, it will cycle to the next menu, set the time you want the ipod to turn on, press menu again, then you can select the "ipod off" time, I keep that option off as I want the ipod to stay on until I turn it off. Now you have set the ipod to turn on at whatever time you want. Turn off that terrible buzzer alarm. The confusing thing is the imini has to different alarm modes, not one alarm mode with two alarm sound options like most everything else.

Press play/pause while the Imini is turned off to change buzzer on/off (indicated by bell in top left).
Anyone know how to silence the buzzer rather than just snooze it? I use both buzzer and music but can never shut the buzzer up without pressing play/pause

Hold the snooze button down for a few seconds :) this bugged me for ages and I just had to keep pulling the power out!

Anyone know how to set clock on iCoustic A-101 iPod Dock/Clock Radio?

Ok I have this figured out, if it's the A-101a dock, with the power turned off, double click the MEM/SET button, that will get you there! Choose from format first (24/12 hour time) then click again for hours and minutes. Took me ages, just figured it out!

I don't know how to set the alarms.

If you plan on using the iPod alarm feature on a regular basis, it is possible to place the "Alarms" menu option on the main menu. Go to the "Settings" option and select "Main Menu." Scroll and highlight the "Alarms" link and click on it to place a check next to this option. It will appear on the main menu.

Ozaki imini speakers not working

Hi, Make sure they are connected properly + to + and - to - on both speakers. Make sure they are ohm compatible 4 or 8 ohms not 16 or 24 ohms. Also wattage, If it is less than amp maximum output you can fry them.

How do you set the time on RC591-A (RCA Docking Alarm Clock)

None of these answers works! When I tried the first option, the clock DID NOT flash at 12:00 a.m. Since that didn't happen, none of the following steps did either.

The second option didn't work either. Holding the set key never made the display go to a colon, flashing or otherwise. Again, using the forward and back keys didn't work as described.

The third option with a link to another website led to instructions on a power tool and had nothing whatsoever to do with the clock on the docking station.

The fourth option doesn't give any instructions after you hit the time you want to set. The time DOESN'T stay where you set it. It once you release the forward or backward keys, it reverts to the original time that was on the clock to begin with.

None of these answers works at all. I was given the iPod touch and the radio docking station secondhand from my sister and she doesn't have either the instruction manual or the special batteries that go in the battery compartment. The clock on the iPod itself is fine. I finally figured out (on my own) how to turn off the danged alarms and timing mechanisms but cannot set the clock.

Ozaki imini-how do u set ipod as alarm? Instructions vague,

When you set the alarm, afterwards you set the time; after setting the time, there's another clock that you can set ("T ON" it says), which is the start time for the ipod. Set this time and set it on "ON". The next timer is for the end time of the ipod (T OFF), I don't use it, but if set on ON it will switch off the ipod.
Now don't set the alarm! You set the start time for the ipod and on the left hand side there should be an [ON] indicator.

Hope this works!

Setting alarm

Alarm can only be set or disabled when the power in "Standby" mode. The manual refers to it as power "off" mode, but the LCD display will still be readable only darker. To set the alarm push the Standby button until the sound stops and the LCD is dark. Then push the AL SET button (which doubles as the volume down button when the power is "on"). The hour should start flashing. Adjust the hour by using the two buttons at the bottom on the right side just above the IR sensor. Once you've set the hour, push the AL SET button again and similarly adjust the minutes until you have the right time that you want the alarm to go off. Now push the AL SOURCE button (which also doubles as the function button when the power is "on") to toggle between Radio, CD, iPod or buzzer for your alarm. After you're satisfied that the time is right and the source is right push the AL SET button again. The LCD should still be dark, but should also show the word "ALARM" in the upper left hand corner.
To set the unit so the alarm doesn't go off push the "Standby" button until the sound stops and the LCD is dark. Push the AL SET button until the hour is flashing. Don't bother to adjust the time, just push the AL SOURCE button until none of the following appear: CD, iPod, Radio, Buzzer. As you push the AL SOURCE button it will toggle between these options. Once you're sure none of them appear on the left of the display, click the AL SET button again. The LCD should still be dark, and you should not see the word "ALARM" in the upper left hand corner.
