How to hookup Sanyo DVW-6100 to a Sylvania tv

If the Sylvania tv is a CRT (old style tube tv) you can just use an RCA cable and hook it into the composite video. It will be the cable that has a red, white and yellow connectors on it. The yellow is the video, the red is the right audio and the white is the left audio. Connect ones side of this cable to the output of the DVD/TAPE player and to the input on the TV side.

Hangs up

Chances are your Dvd player needs a good cleaning. Try running a Dvd cleaner disc through. This will most likely solve your problem.

look on the back of your flat screen , there is a panel with inputs , example: VIDEO 1 , VIDEO 2 , etc. , connect your yellow , red & white from the DVD COMBO to video 1 (input) there colored to match with your cable , yellow w/ yellow , red w/ red , white w/ white , hope this helps AJ

Uei code for sanyo dvw-6100

It would help a lot more if you would specify which UEI Remote you had, but here are some instructions.

1. Go to http://www.urcsupport.com/
2. Select the remote model that is yours
3. Try the "Video-DVD" and the "Video-VCR" to determine which code will work.

Hope that this will help
