Your machine needs a service. Get a qualified tech to service the Key slot for you you will be fine or you might have to replace it altogether. Good luck

It should be the same as most Casio registers:
Turn key to program 2 Subtotal 132 SUBTOTAL Type new characters 00 Cash subtotal
For the other three lines, use code 232, 332, and 432

It sounds like you might have a bent drawer. The lock is totally independent of the latch, so if it won't open at the end of a sale and it won't lock with the drawer key, then you have a drawer problem that will probably involve some panel beating. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A technician can usually repair the drawer rather than replace it. There are plenty of spare parts for the drawers.

the notch which clicks and holds the drawer has worn out or became faulty.
Check with the vendor if that part can be replaced/repaired.
