IBM Wheelwriter 3 not printing letters ( keystrokes)

Employee was in CAPS ( Code/CAPS) and in mid word, it stopped printing her keystrokes. Did she hit some other code key that we can "undo" to get it printing the keystrokes? Everything appears to be working but nothing printing?
