I recently purchased a used ilo 42" widescreen plasma tv, and the v-chip password is already set - but I have no idea what the code is! I've been looking online for the ilo customer service number or email address, but it doesn't seem to exist. Does anyone know whom to contact or how to reset/unlock the v-chip in this or another ilo tv? Thank you!
Try these codes 8202 or 8205. Hope this help.

Try 0000 or 7777 if not reset the tv to factory settings.

I did try 0000 and 7777 (as well as all the other digits repeated four times), but neither of those work. Regarding resetting the factory settings - it seems that you can't do this unless you have the password...maybe you know of a way to do this without having the v-chip code? Thanks!
I have a power outage and now my v chip is blocking the AV input where I have my sat. plugged in and my channel input for the coax where I have my VCR hooked up.
I am getting a black and white fuzzy screen on both inputs.
It is asking me for a password and 0000 doesn't work. I have never set a password for this V chip, but now it is blocking my signal.
Please tell how to fix this.
