1. Download the system file in .zip format from the manufacturers web site (or find the CD that came with the card)
1a. Click on the .zip file to open up the contents.
2. Plug in the memory card to the USB port on the computer using the adaptor provided.
3. Copy the contents of the newly opened window (or the files from the CD) on to the memory card.
4. Search the internet and find the games you want (they will be .zip files too so double click on them once they're on your computer and you'll see what's in them). If you don't know where to find them just search Google for "NDS ROMS"
5. Copy the files that end .nds to the memory card attached to the USB port.
6. Unplug the memory card from the PC.
7. Plug the memory card back into the game adaptor.
8. Plug the game adaptor into the NDS.
9. Switch on the NDS and enjoy.

I lose my nintendo micro sd card and all of my nds games were there. I bought a new micro sd card for my nintendo ds, and downloaded new games. When I tried to play it, the nintendo says: "No...

First before you can use the memory card on your DS lite you have to first use the DS lite to format the memory card before putting games this ensures that the game would recognise whatever games you then put on the memory card.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

My micro sd card doesnt work

probably your memory card has had it...if it will let you reformat it, re-install flash card drivers and chuck a few games on and see what happens...also check inside card slot and make sure all the contact pins look nice and straight. if you can also just try a new memory card in the meantime to put your mind at rest concerning the problem coming from the ds...highly unlikely.

When i turned on my ds, it says "couldn't find ds_MENUdat

It sounds like you need to figure out exactly what kind of DS card you have. Check out NintendoDSCard.com's DS Card Setup Guide which should sort you out.

Also, I recommend only buying genuine cards since a lot of the fakes tend to break quite easily. Maybe from dscardworld.com or from nds-gear.com if you're in Canada/Europe since their international shipping's a bit cheaper

Good luck!

How to i get to play two players on the Nintendo ds lite

You can play multiplayer games with a Nintendo DS Lite even if you don’t possess a copy of the game. If one of your friends has a multiplayer game card, they can use their Nintendo DS Lite as a host for the game session and you can join the multiplayer game.
jQuery('.intro .thumbnail').each(function(i,e){ jQuery(e).find('img').one('error',function(){ jQuery(e).remove(); }); });
Things You'll Need:
  • Nintendo DS Lite
Using One Card to Host the Game
  1. Step 1 Look on the game’s packaging for the "Multiplayer" icon. If the game requires only one player to have a copy of the game, the icon will show two DS Lites: a DS Lite with a black screen transmitting waves to a DS Lite with a white screen. Below the two DS Lites is a range of numbers which indicates how many players the game can support.
  2. Step 2 Put the game card in the Nintendo DS Lite that is acting as the host for the multiplayer game session and start it up.
  3. Step 3 Have the other players turn on their systems. They will use the main menu screen to access the "DS Download Play" icon. They need to tap the icon to begin downloading the game information from the host DS Lite.
  4. Step 4 Begin playing when all of the systems have finished downloading the game information from the host.
  5. Multiple Cards for Multiple Players
  6. Step 1 Look at the "Multiplayer" icon. If every player in the game session needs a copy of the game in order to play, the icon will show two DS Lites, both with black screens, transmitting waves toward each other. A range of numbers is under this graphic and indicates how many people can play at one time.
  7. Step 2 Read the game's instruction manual on how to set up the game session. The steps required vary by company and sometimes by title within the same company.

Unable to read DS micro SD card games

Have you installed Moonshell onto the micro-SD card? It has to be there to see the games. If you have Moonshell installed, you should be able to navigate to where you stored your files. Your adapter should have come with a CD with Moonshell on it or you can download a newer version on the internet.
