I bought my all-in-one in Jan. 2007. It has been fine up until a week ago. It stopped printing and I got an error message. When I checked the cartridges, I saw a long piece of opaque plastic that had come loose and that was caught in the path of the cartridges. Do you know how I contact Lexmark for an exchange?

Did you try Lexmark.com. Should be an easy exchange. Unless they prove you did something to cause the damage.
