Re: CLOTHES STUCK IN WASHER!!!!!!
If you open up the dispenser tray on the top of the machine, there should be a red cord. This is the manual release for the door. All you have to do is pull this cord and the door opens. If the cord is missing, you will need to remove the top of the washer to get to the latch. I hope this helps you.

This model has gone through different control board revisions, could be control board related, service mode would have to be accessed to have machine run thru self-diagnostics. if it does not agitate on self-diag mode, unit needs board

F11 is a serial communication error. Communication between the main board and the motor control board is not being sent correctly. This could be a bad main board, motor control board or motor itself. With a empty Wash Basket if you do a Spin Only cycle will it start and complete? If you can get into Service Mode try the Quick Spin Test on page 14 of the SM. Do you pass that test? Lets start there and see what we get.Post back if you have any questions. If we need to pull off the front cover do you want to continue troubleshooting? If you can get into service mode and step thru the diagnostic codes that may be of some help. If you can review that process in the SM on page 25 Display Diagnostic Codes and step thru the diag codes and record. The Service Manual for reference. Sears Parts Direct for reference. Thank you for posting your model type even though you are in the FAV6800AW forum.I wish this board would prompt forum members for the model number for that and the first two digits of the Serial Number I’m an owner like you not a repair tech and that would help me.Thank you again for good solid info.Rich
Once you retrieve your clothes, try running diagnostics on it. You can envoke the diagnostic sequence by selecting DRAIN/SPIN, NO/SPIN and then pressing any button under OPTIONS 4 times (must be the same button). The display should go to "C00" as the washer begins a sequence of tests that checks the fill functions, door lock, dispenser functions, motor speed, spin and drain. Allow the washer to run through the entire sequence and shut off. If anything is wrong an error code should be generated. Hopefully, all you had was a minor glitch. Let me know how things turn out. I hope this helps you.
