I bought some screen protectors on ebay for the camera. Got 6 or them for $0.01 already cut to the correct size. Of course the shipping was 4.99. :) It also fit my ipod.

you can get the screen guard of any pocketpc

This is reusable since it has got a magnetic adhesive..
After applying it on the LCD screen you can cut out the extra portion easily.

I'm sorry to hear that the new DSC-TX7 Camera screen got scratched. You can get the screen replaced with the help of a service technician. Changing the LCD screen of the Camera is bit expensive. Contact the Service Technician to check if the screen requires a replacement or the entire LCD screen. I suggest you to use a screen protector (scratch guard) which is available with the SonyStore. This will help you in avaoiding scratches on the screen.
Replacement LCD screens are available with Sony or other parts shops and I can find it for you if you let me know model of your Sony digital camera. Thanks.
Use bit more force to push or pull the lens as lens has been damaged. If applying bit more force lens goes to working, u saved $$$ otherwise, new lens option is always available at Sony repair shops.
These should be available on the internet from the manufacturer's website. I noticed that some manuals, or user guides, are available here on FixYa, if you look for the specifc camera brand and model rather than just making a generic post.
