Zanussi Aquapulse DE 6543 X

Hi, I have a zanussi de6965 had the same problem the only indicator light that works is the on-off button.I had a problem some years ago with my machine would not work and showed L3 as the fault as I remember. I was advised to switch off all power isolate from the wall is best(pull the plug out of the socket) I removed the front casing held along the top and down the inside by a number of small screws. You need to leave the two bottom screws in(one each side) Wiggle free the top half of the display panel to acess the box holding the PCB board.it's very fiddly you will need a sheet of paper and a pen to make a noet of the connecting sequence of the wires ( Mark the blocks of wires with numbers... when replacing everthing this should eliminate any problems) Remove the PCB board from its casing and turn over to expose the back. At the bottom left hand side I discovered two dry joints, I needed a magnifing glass to check all the joints just incase. The faulty joints were a little discoloured blackened slightly. Solution...I cleaned, fluxed and re-soldered the joints. When re-assembled all the parts. It will help when dismantling to keep a note of the number and size of the screws and where they were removed from.
My dishwasher is now working again. hope this helps.

got same probleme with my aquapulse 4744 slimline

i have this now- another site suggested its the heater, or rater the circuit board. I have just taken it apart and have two dry solder points that are identified quire easily by soot around the area. so now off to find my soldering iron!!

It is more than likely hot water fed. You can trace the line probably to under your kitchen sink and see where the line follows up to your hot/cold on your sink. There would be then another line coming off the hot which would lead to your dishwasher.

YOU NEED TO LOCATE THE THERMOSTAT AND CHECK IF ITS WORKING CORRECTLY IF THE READIND ON THE STAT IS FINE YOUR ELEMENT MIGHT BE FAULTH.BEST YOU GET A TECH TO ASSIST YOU AS ITS A TUFF JOB TO DO ALONE.

this sounds lie a door interlock, in most models this is a micro switch where the handle is inside the top of the door casing, i would start there, based on the info that you have given

Zanussi Aquapulse dishwasher - is filled with water inside, is not washing and the lights keep flashing on and off - has anyone any idea what may be wrong with it?

The problem is with the PCB, this is the board behind the buttons, you can buy this for £120 or you can get it fixed by QEA for about £45 link below. I am not an engineer but I replaced mine in 10 minutes.
